Stores Supervisor

We are seeking a Stores Supervisor to lead and motivate a team of store keepers, ensuring that they hold the relevant parts and materials in-line with housing repairs service.

Working closely with trade staff to evaluate current store and van stock levels.

You will work with procurement to ensure standards and targets are achieved, challenge the marketplace, reviewing buying practices and current agreements with suppliers.

Use both metric base and observations to coach and develop the team around you.

To resolve both team and customer enquiries and complaints, being their first point of contact, providing accurate advice and guidance; and to proactively seek out new ways of working to improve the repairs service for both customers and employees.
