Our client, Dorset Council is seeking Service Support Administrator (Mental Health) to join their team on a temporary basis. To provide administrative support to the Approved Mental Health Practitioner (AMHP) Hub.

  • Providing support with Warrant requests for AMHPs
  • Preparing rotas
  • Adding shifts – adding duty workers and standby to rotas
  • Emailing AMHPs for volunteers
  • Sending letter to GPs
  • Assisting with inputting to Adults records system, uploading assessments
  • Organising meetings-attending some meetings as minute taker / note taker
  • General office admin duties – being a point of contact in the office

Within your CV, you must show evidence of the following skills:

  • Evidence of previous experience in a similar role must be shown within CV.
  • Experience within an office environment,
  • Good working Knowledge of IT Systems – Windows based applications
  • Excellent communication skills – Via telephone, email and word processing

Must hold:

  • DBS
  • Passport or Birth certificate with National Insurance Number proof
