Our Manufacturing Client based near Bournemouth Airport are looking for an experienced and enthusiastic sales administrator to join their team.
This is a great opportunity to join a successful, well established and growing industry leading business.
Ideal candidates will be competent administrators with experience of previously working in a supporting role within a factory or site environment.
All candidates will have excellent communication skills and be able to interact at all levels.
Responsibilities:
Processing purchase orders/Invoices, chasing orders and coordinating orders
Entering data and controlling documentation
General administration support including answering emails, answering calls, taking messages, organising and booking appointments
Meet and greet visitors as and when required
