Our business is growing and we are seeking a RECRUITMENT ADMINISTRATOR to join our small team in Weymouth. You will be an integral part of the team, supporting the Recruitment Account Manager and the Business Development manager. This is an office-based role. The role is diverse and fast paced – Everyday is different in recruitment.

  • First point of contact – Welcoming all who contact or visit the office
  • Dealing with inbound calls and taking accurate messages
  • Making outbound calls to gain information to update files/records or to obtain or confirm information required.
  • Checking and uploading information accurately to internal systems
  • Maintaining files and data input using excel spreadsheets
  • Creating and sending timesheets
  • Inputting payroll information and managing holiday requests
  • Assist the recruitment account manager with other admin tasks as and when required (Candidate registrations, advertising on social media’s, gathering information for audits etc.)

You will have:

  • Previous office-based administration experience
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
  • Self-motivated with a proactive approach to work
  • Detail-focused and comfortable working in a fast-paced and varied role

  • Passport OR Birth Certificate with National Insurance proof
