Here at City Centre Recruitment we have an exciting opportunity for a Recruitment Account Manager to join our busy team in Yeovil. We are looking for an enthusiastic candidate who’s looking for a step into the recruitment sector.

Your time will be spent talking to candidates looking for new roles, sourcing new talent in the area, building relationships with our clients getting to know what they are looking for and some administration.  

This is a varied and rewarding role, where your main duties will include:

  • Managing existing client accounts
  • Attending client meetings
  • Providing a top level of customer service to clients and candidates
  • Sourcing and screening of candidates via cv selection and interviewing
  • Provide an on-call service every other week

Who we are looking for:

  • Someone who has fantastic customer service skills
  • Good basic admin skills
  • Full UK driving licence and car
  • Lives locally to Yeovil with a good knowledge of the area
  • Confident on the telephone
  • Computer literate

In return we can offer an excellent package:

  • Basic salary £20,000 pa
  • Uncapped commission scheme with realistic earnings of £25,000 within the first year
  • 28 days holiday (including bank holidays), increasing with service to 36 days

This role would suit someone who is looking for a step into recruitment, an experienced consultant looking to move away from business development or a target driven individual looking for a change. No two days are the same in our office so you must be flexible and up for a challenge.

This is a full time role – Monday to Friday, 8am-5pm
