We are seeking a Property Lawyer to join our client’s prestigious law firm on a permanent basis to undertake all aspects of property related fee earning work with the required skills and knowledge. You will be confident in your ability to work well under pressure, managing your own clients, conducting matters in a professional manner, whilst providing a friendly, courteous, knowledgeable service.
You will be required to maintain the standard for accreditation with Lexcel and CQS, effectively maintaining and managing accurate use of the case management system and a variety of further software in support. With minimum supervision conducting all property transactions with a busy caseload from start to finish and building up relationships within the community with clients and estate agents.
