We are looking to recruit a Production Supervisor to join our expanding team based near to Winchester on a full time/permanent contract.

Your role will include:

  • Supervising and training a small production team
  • Ensure that all Food Safety and Quality Assurance procedures are followed
  • Daily set up of production area
  • Report any quality issues to the production manager
  • Lead daily production meetings

Requirements for the role:

  • Previous food manufacturing/Production at supervisory experience
  • Supervisory/Team Leading experience
  • Understanding of Food Hygiene Standards
  • Positive and can-do attitude
