Our client is seeking an Office Manager / Customer Service representative to join their team on a permanent basis. This is a dynamic, forward thinking company that is seeking a candidate to develop and grow with them. Able to move with changes to technology and company development as a whole, to ensure customers receive the best possible service and experience.

The role is office based, within a busy fast-paced distribution office setting.

Typical daily tasks but not limited to:

  • Build and maintain customer relationships with exemplary customer service
  • Answer telephone calls, reply to email, website chats and social media enquiries
  • Assist customers with managing their new or repeat orders
  • Provide new and existing customers with pricing, order information, general enquiries, help and requests for information, etc.
  • Communicate with the distribution team on order and delivery adjustments
  • Progress orders through to safe & successful delivery
  • Handles issues/complaints, provide appropriate solutions/alternatives within given time limits, and follow up with customers to ensure resolution
  • Proactively reach out to customers via telephone and/or email to provide an order status, confirm recurring/order changes, etc.
  • Collaborate with the team to help develop/update and build smarter help desk solutions
  • Optimise customer service tools

Candidates must hold:

  • Passport or Birth Certificate with proof of National Insurance
