City Centre Recruitment is proud to be working with a manufacturing client based within the Eastleigh area who is looking to recruit a hands-on Operative.
The main duties will include:
- Manufacturing of Timber cases (full training given)
- Machine operating working from measurements (full training given)
- Working with a variety of materials
- Using hand tools including Saws and pneumatic nail guns
- Assisting within the packing area, ensuring goods are packaged correctly for despatch
You will have the following skills:
- Previous experience using hand saws or nail guns or machine operating is an advantage
- Previous woodworking, warehousing, goods in / out experience desirable
- Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
- Excellent team player
- Must be physically fit as manual handling
- Full UK Driving licence
Pay Rate: £9.00 – £10.00 per hour, depending on experience
The hours will be: Mon-Fri 08:00 to 16:30
This is a temporary to permanent position.
