40 hours a week, split shifts

Mondays, Tuesdays and Sunday evenings off

  • City Centre Recruitment are looking for passionate and talented Head Chef/ Senior Chef for our client based in Motcombe.

We are looking for someone who ideally has Head Chef Experience or ambitious Sous Chef who is ready to step up.

You will mainly be serving weddings and functions, as well as lunch and dinner services.

You need to be able to demonstrate management skills, you will be responsible for managing small team, stock ordering and menu writing.
