£23.000- £25.000 per annum DOE

City Centre Recruitment are looking for Paralegal/Legal Assistant to join our client`s Debt Recovery team based in Yeovil.

You will be working along Debt Recovery Manager representing clients who have been subjected to the debt recovery process.

The successful applicant will manage their own caseload which include:

-Preparing Letters of Claim (where applicable)

-Issuing County Court proceedings

-Dealing with Defences and/or Counterclaims

-Preparing court bundles

-Preparing Instructions/Briefs to Counsel and/or letters of instruction to solicitor agents

-Obtaining a judgment

-Exploring all avenues of enforcement

-Preparing Statutory Demands for both Companies and Individuals

-Preparing both Winding Up and Bankruptcy Petitions

-Liaising with all relevant parties

We are looking for someone with appropriate experience who has excellent communication, administration and customer service skills.

Law Graduates will also be considered for this position.

This is full time, permanent position
