City Centre recruitment are excited to be recruiting for a large, well established company based in the heart of Gillingham, Dorset. We are looking for a highly skilled Customer Service Specialist to join their successful, friendly team. Are you someone who strives to learn more? Do you actively seek solutions?
What you’ll be doing:
- Respond to customer enquiries – Over the telephone and via e-mail
- Keep the customer updated at all points in time for any supply chain issues, lead times and availability of products.
- Preparing quotations
- Uploading and data tracking of ERP system
- Coordination with internal parties
- Dealing with service complaints
Who we’re looking for:
- Analytical and administrative skills with a high level of attention to detail
- Minimum of 5 GCSE’s or equivalent
- High level of English – written and spoken
- Demonstrated ability to deal with customers
- Ability to work to deadlines and manage multiple tasks
- Loves working with numbers and systems
- Being fluent in other European languages would be beneficial but is not essential
This role would suit someone who has previous experience of working within a fast paced customer service role. You must be customer centric, with professional written and verbal communication skills and genuine desire to support your team members.
