Customer Service Representative

You will be the first point of contact supporting internal and external customer requests, ensuring highest customer satisfaction and performance standards.

This role isn’t your standard customer service, you will be talking to clients around the world with order values of significant amounts.

We are looking for someone who has excellent computer skills, the ability to learn and who will always strive to find the answer for their customers.

On a day to day basis you will take lots of calls, respond to emails, update databases and liaise with the team to find solutions.

This role is based in the heart of Gillingham, Dorset, very close to the train station – easily commutable from Yeovil, Salisbury, Shaftesbury and the surrounding areas.

There is free on site parking for the 2 days you will need to be on site.

Although the role is initially for 12 months, this international business will consider you for permanent roles and contract extensions – they offer the highest career progression.
