We are looking for enthusiastic, keen and ambitious customer service executives for our client based in Poole
Due to expansion an exciting opportunity has arisen to join a Poole based Company who distribute direct to customers across the UK.
They are currently in the process of enhancing technology systems and business processes and expanding the team ready for their next growth period.
As a Customer Service Executive you will be responsible for delivering fantastic customer service and care to inbound customers via phone, email, live chat and social media
You must have excellent communications skills – verbal and written, able to build rapport with current and new potential customers.
Working in this role involves carrying out administrative tasks such as order and returns processing, managing customer queries, customer accounts, supporting and up-selling products
You must be able to multi task effectively, be dynamic and work well within a team
