Are you experienced with Customer Services and Administration

We have an exciting new role as a Customer Service Administrator for our Romsey based engineering company.

Salary:  £20,311 per annum

Working hours:  37.5 hours per week: Monday-Thursday 8.30am-4.45pm and Friday 8.30am-3.30pm

Permanent role

Your role will include:

  • Receiving and effectively dealing with calls and emails from customers and engineers
  • Entering information onto a database system
  • Process orders for parts
  • Liaise with field personnel
  • Producing KPI reports and sending to customers for approval
  • Providing a high level of customer service at all times

We are seeking pro-active and organised individual, who prides themselves on customer service.  Ideally you will have at least 1 years recent experience within a similar role.
