Permanent Position

7:30am-4:30pm Monday-Thursday, 7:30am-12:30pm Friday

Salary up to £34,000 per annum

Immediate Start

City Centre Recruitment are looking for an experienced CNC Operator to join our client`s team based in Mere, Dorset.

You will be required to set and operate CNC lathes/Mills to produce precision components for a variety of industries.

Role involves:

· Operating universal manual and CNC grinding machines

· Grinding complex parts to tight tolerances

· Reading and interpreting Engineering Drawings

· Check own work using inspection equipment

· Ensure that information relating to the manufacturing process is accurately recorded, maintained and updated to reflect current process on job cards

· Maintain a safe and tidy work environment at all times

Skills and experience required:

· Knowledge of Studer CNC grinding machines]

· CAD/ CAM knowledge

· Understand and able to programme using Fanuc controls

· Excellent attention to detail
