We are seeking Cheese Packing / Machine Operatives to join our client based in Litton Cheney, Dorchester. The client produces the cheese from start to finish so you are based on a farm location between Dorchester and Bridport. You will join them at their entry level, as Cheese Packing / Production Operative. They do have other roles within the Warehouse and Dairy sectors that they may send you to as you learn more skills. Majority of the shift you will be stood in a production line set up. The role will involve day to day packing of different sized cheese portions through our automated and semi-automated packing lines for various customers both UK and export. This is a manual labour role working on a food production line. Temporary on-going but for the right candidates a permanent contract could be gained at the client’s discretion.
Standard Hours
Jan to June – Monday to Friday 07.00am to 16.00pm (42.50 hours)
July to Dec – Monday to Friday 06.30am to 16.00pm (45 hours)
Overtime is offered on occasion
Sat & Bank Hol £13.58 per hour
Sun £16.81 per hour
Required:
- Passport or Birth Certificate with proof of National Insurance
