We are recruiting for BUILDING / FACILITIES COORDINATOR to join our client on a temporary on-going basis. For the right candidates this could lead to a permanent position at the client’s discretion. You will oversee the buildings and equipment maintenance.

  • Managing building and equipment maintenance schedules.
  • Responding to urgent maintenance calls.
  • Preparing for emergencies by creating building evacuation and other risk/action plans.
  • Testing building security systems and promoting safety within the building.
  • Managing equipment and supply needs.
  • Liaising with vendors, contractors and suppliers on behalf of managers.
  • Reporting to the Managers on a regular basis.
  • Supervising cleaning crews and maintenance workers.
  • Documenting processes and keeping maintenance records.
  • Monitoring maintenance budget spending.

You will have:

  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in facility coordination or project management
  • Extensive experience in building and equipment maintenance.
  • Advanced knowledge of maintenance planning and schedules.
  • In-depth knowledge of building safety regulations and security protocols.
  • Proficiency in office software, such as Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook Express.
  • Excellent organisational and communication skills.
