Our client, Dorset Council is seeking an Administrator (Fleet Team) to join their team on a temporary basis to cover up to 12 month Maternity leave. You will be office based working at Charminster Depot located in Dorchester Dorset. This is a busy environment working at the Council vehicle depot.
- Excellent Communication Skills with the ability to multi-task
- You will be required to provide general Administrative Support
- Working Alongside Technical Support staff
- You will provide administrative support to the team
- You will also be dealing with queries by both ‘phone, email and taking payments from members of the public.

Within your CV, you must show evidence of the following skills:
- Evidence of previous experience in a similar role must be shown within CV.
- Experience within an office environment,
- Good working Knowledge of IT Systems – Windows based applications
- Excellent communication skills – Via telephone, email and word processing
Must hold:
- Passport or Birth certificate with National Insurance Number proof
