Dedicated Account Managers

All of our Clients are assigned a dedicated Account Manager. Your Account Manager will visit your premises and take the time to understand your specific recruitment requirements. This enables them to place the right Candidates with you every time.

On Call Service

City Centre Account Managers are on hand 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, ready to assist with staffing emergencies. If you have a requirement that’s out of hours, you will be able speak to your Account Manager who understands your business – not a call centre at the other end of the country.

Stringent Recruitment Procedures

All Candidates selected to represent City Centre Recruitment are interviewed face to face, have undertaken skills testing relevant to the role and are referenced ensuring the Candidate is a good match for your business.

Health & Safety Inductions

City Centre Recruitment are able to carry out onsite and offsite inductions for all our temporary staff, reducing your training time and costs. All Health & Safety Inductions are kept on file for audit purposes

Site Specific Handbooks

City Centre Recruitment are able to tailor site specific handbooks for our Clients, detailing all the information Candidates may require for the Client site, including Health & Safety Procedures, reporting information, working hours, job roles, pay rates, directions to work and absence reporting.

Transportation

City Centre Recruitment are able to offer transport solutions for our Clients to ensure Candidates are able to reach your location should it not be easily accessible by public transport.

Onsite Check In

We understand that the 1st day at any new job, even a temporary one can be daunting. A City Centre staff member will check in all new temporary staff onsite on their first day to ensure the Candidate is on time and knows exactly who they are meeting on their first day at work.

Time & Attendance Systems

City Centre Recruitment are able to offer our Clients an innovative solution for time and attendance monitoring of temporary staff via hand scanner terminals onsite, dramatically reducing administration time and improving agency productivity.

I-Tempaid

City Centre Recruitment can manage all of our Clients AWR requirements through our I-Tempaid system. Accessible via a secure web portal, at the touch of a button our Clients are able to view all City Centre staff currently working onsite and how many weeks they have been doing so.

Management Reporting

City Centre Recruitment are able to offer real time data on a full range of management reporting and SLA performance statistics.
